What are your opening hours?
Self service Coin Laundry Laundromat and Automated drop off and collection system for Dry Cleaning is open 24/7 for customer's use (Automated Dry Cleaning Counter available only at EHub!).
What kind of cleaning services do you offer?
We offer 24/7 laundromat coin laundry machines for customers who wants to do their own washing. We also offer Dry Cleaning and laundry (Wash+iron) services. At LaundryLoft, you can drop off and collect 24/7 using our automated counter (Select Branches).
What is the lead time for the Services?
Dry Cleaning and Wet Laundry - Between 3-4 working days. Please refer to our price table for more information.
What if the item I need cleaned is not listed in the price list?
Our price list contains the most common items customers will send in. Do contact us at +65 8781 2313 for a quote.
What form of payment is accepted
For Coin Laundry - $1 coin. A coin exchange machine is available in store for customers.
For services using automatic drop off/collection - Currently we only offer VISA and Mastercard payments. You pay upon collecting your items.
